PROCESS FOR DEALING WITH PLAYERS SENT OFF
· When a player is sent off during a game - Referees Report goes to the Disciplinary Administrators who work on the minimum / maximum suspension guidelines from FNSW.
· If the DAs think player should be suspended longer than the minimum they refer this to the Disciplinary Board who requests player to attend a hearing.
· If the DAs think player should only receive minimum suspension the player's club is advised of suspension details.
· Players can not appeal a minimum suspension.
· Players suspended are suspended from all Football Activities (definition from FNSW below)
· A Bye or Washed Out games are not deemed as part of suspension being served.
· If player's club forfeits a game this again is not deemed as part of suspension served, however if a team forfeits to player's club it is deemed as part of suspension being served.
· Players suspended at the end of a season or towards the end of a season suspension are carried over to next season to be served.
· Suspended players at end of season - their information is sent to the two clubs in our association who run summer football.
